2. Quotes & pricing
All quotes are free and non-binding until you confirm in writing or in person. Headline prices on this website are for a standard like-for-like boiler swap. Non-standard work (system upgrades, flue extensions, gas-pipe upsizing) is quoted separately following our free survey.
3. Workmanship warranty
Every job we complete carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. If anything is not right with the work we have carried out, we will return and put it right at no extra cost. Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g. boilers) follow the manufacturer\u2019s own terms.
4. Gas Safety
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Every install is signed off with a Gas Safety Certificate and, where required, notified to Building Regulations on your behalf.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a booked appointment up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a callout fee.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our maximum liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the work carried out.
7. Website use
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content (text, images, schemas) is owned by Gas Tech Plumbers Ltd and may not be republished without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
